The Dining Room
We are a fully catered hall - meaning our students get 3 delicious meals a day throughout the year (including holidays!)
Packed Meals
Packed lunches and late dinners are available for students who are unable to attend the regular mealtime due to other commitments (eg. a part-time job or a test on campus).
Plus sick meals are packed and delivered to students rooms when they're unwell
Themed Dinners
One of our favourite parts of the catering is our impromptu Themed Dinners where we decorate the dining hall and have a special themed menu eg. Mid-Winter Christmas, Cinco de Mayo & Octoberfest!
Meals
Breakfast includes a continental spread and a hot option (+ porridge in winter)
Lunch includes a hot option, an extensive salad bar, a toasted sandwich station, fresh fruit and baking!
Dinner will always have two protein options, a starch and a variety of vegetables. Plus, there is always a delicious dessert offered!

The Rooming
One of the best things about Arcady, is that we take alot of time and care to group like-minded residents in the same floor group to allow for a super cohesive community, and means you're likely to feel at home from day one!
The Building
Every building has:

A small kitchenette, complete with a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and sink

Gender-neutral bathrooms on every floor (with individual stalls for both showers and toilets)

A bathroom to student ration of 1:4 (on average) - no long waits for showers!
You can also opt-in to live on an alcohol-free floor (no alcohol can be consumed there)
The Maker Space
A wonderful place to get creative! A well-loved hang out spot for our students.
What it is
The Maker Space is a great spot to hang out, play a board game or do some work - plus a bunch of our craft events are run from the Maker Space like mug painting or charm bracelet making!

The Common Room
A student hub for people to come and hang out

We run weekly tutorials for a range of core 100-level courses (eg. Physics, Law, Math, Psychology)
Most of our tutors are former residents and they love being able to come back to help out our current students!
